This is generally more than I would spend on a dress (unless we’re talking wedding, NYE, etc.), especially for a casual maxi, but I had $40 in rewards monies from Piperlime.
Should I do it?
(PS - I’ve been debating this since yesterday and I just realized I would have saved an extra 10 percent with my Gap card because yesterday was Tuesday. UGHHHH)

GPOYW: This dude comes home tomorrow
And then, get this, he gets to stay here for nearly a month (!) before reporting to Philly for internship duty.
I’m looking forward to spending more than 48 hours with him for the first time in months.
Also, we’ll be spending the weekend with family in New York aka 48 hours in a hotel room with my parents, so ahhh welcome home, Nick!

The weekend started off with happy tears as two of my running friends graduated from the mission program. One year clean and sober. Their parents beamed from the audience. And I turned into a crybaby. That’s just the way it goes.
Friday night was for celebrating my marathon partner’s birthday (the big 5-0!) at a local restaurant and an early bed time.
Saturday was for 8 miles, followed by lunch al fresco with mimosas included and a little shopping. And then an abbreviated night out on the town: Two beers and in bed by 11:30.
Sunday was for fresh eggs and kale at the farmer’s market, a little bit of packing and a long ass hike.
Miss you already, weekend. You were really great.

Just under five miles at 4:30 this morning before our running team’s monthly meeting.
If you don’t hear from me for the rest of the day I’ve probably fallen asleep in my lunch.
