Under Armour Get, Set, Go shorts // $34.99
The wide, flat waistband is they key to preventing a muffin top. And, they have a 2.5” inseam so they’re short enough for you to stay cool, but don’t ride up your hooha.
I’ve worn them running and to Crossfit and let me tell you if an item stands the test of Crossfit you know it’s golden. These shorts stayed in place and didn’t even budge during squats!
Seriously, A+, Under Armour.

To celebrate one of my Best Friends Graduating from her Master’s Program I found this gem of a video of her excellent skills of dizzy bat.
She has been working her butt off for the past few years with classes, group projects, meetings, internships, and studying. All the while still volunteering and being such a great friend to someone like me.
Sorry you’re missing Bill Cosby today, Megs, but hopefully these helps. Enjoy today, and the new apartment & find some time to have some champagne & cake… you deserve it!

Great customer service totally makes my day
I ordered new running shoes last week from Nordstrom. I’ve never ordered from them online, but they were offering 14 percent cash back from eBates and the shoes I wanted were the same price there as every other online shop.
So today when I saw that the Nike Free’s I purcahsed had been reduced by 25 percent, I started an online chat with a customer service rep to see if I qualified for a price adjustment.
Seriously less than 2 minutes later I had nearly $24 credited to my card. It wasn’t a hassle AT ALL. And the customer service rep even chatted with me about how much he loves his pair of the men’s version of this shoe!
Always nice when you don’t have to talk to an online robot.

Took my new running shoes out to the pavement this a.m. Really light and flexible, but I’m a little nervous about how they’ll handle higher mileage.
Bonus: They make my legs look tan!

So technically I am graduating today, but I’m not actually walking.
It’s a Tuesday afternoon, my family couldn’t make it, my undergrad graudation was epically long and boring, yadda yadda yadda, no thanks…
